On this order I purchased three types of salmon caviar. the pink is very good.
The sockeye is truly outstanding. A firm pop,and a clean mild ocean flavor.
My next order may just be All sockeye!. Great caviar, great price.

Of the 7 different red caviar that I tried, this was the only sockeye, and my favorite flavor wise. It has an ocean flavor that I really like that none of the others had but honestly, all of them were good. The eggs are very small with a nice pop. If you are looking for a slightly larger pop, I recommend the Kremlin, coho. Out of all that I tried, those 2 were my favorite.

Good variety of salmon caviar, I find Tsars’s and Captain’s to be the best.
